Property layouts for Epstein's private tropical island among the images.
Furthermore included in this new document release appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, found in the American territory.
The financier bought a more modest island - Little St James - back in the late 1990s, but acquired the more expansive adjacent island in 2016 for around $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had created ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.
You can see the blueprint is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the region, indicated on the bottom right.
This development map is annotated in handwritten red notes and contains a notes section detailing different areas of the land.
Accompanying the main plan are what appear to be several other site drawings and engineering blueprints, such as plans for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the current congressional release.
